Admission to the DIA is free for CCS students. The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History (largest of its kind in the country), is located next to campus. There are many short term and long term courses carried out for the befit of students.
Programs Included CCS presents Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Advertising Design, Animation and Digital Media (now under the name Entertainment Arts), Art Education.
- There are Crafts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, Interior Design, Photography related courses.
- Bachelor of Fine Arts Degrees - the B.F.A. degree has a general studies courses. In addition to this, first-year students will take courses in the Foundation Department, where they will study drawing, color theory, and basic design. Students in many numbers also take part in courses like Liberal Arts Department, designed to provide them with an understanding of the larger social and cultural context. Weekly schedules for full-time students comprises of 24 studio hours and six academic hours. Designing work, and Transportation Designing.
- Master of Fine Arts - 2009 is the inaugural year for CCS graduate programs. The two year MFA degree programs share, with variations in technology components, and the focus Isis on content of industry sponsored projects.
- Degrees in design and transportation design - These degrees are being prepared for the students for experiencing the basic “Boot Camp” immersion required of MBA‘s as well as courses in marketing, within an environment under business culture. The main objective is to give students vocabulary necessary studies to think on business terms and to communicate effectively in the business world.
Besides this there are different campus organization held every year which include,
- Black Artists Researching Trends (B.A.R.T.) by ‘Cliff Harris’ (CCS Advisor and Director of Multi-Cultural Affairs B.A.R.T.) focuses on the work of artists outside the mainstream.
- Gay/Straight Alliance (GSA) - The GSA program composed for students, faculty, and staff.
Scholarship and Loan Benefits
Scholarship programs are being undertaken by these universities and colleges on the first-come-first-served basis. Many loan facilities are being affordable in these colleges and universities. The students intending to pay off a loan should prepare themselves for a more disciplined life and try to repay in a more realistic and effective way. |
