Wayne Memorial High School has cultural environment that is safe, engaging, and welcoming for all. Equitably generate support for students, families, and the staff. They provide diversely different learning opportunities to encourage academic success, perpetual life-long learning,

and healthy lifestyles. Their efforts are directed toward assisting students in developing ownership of their education so they may compete globally and contribute positively to the society. The Mission of Wayne Memorial High School is to create a community where the only purpose is to developed students who are disciplined and knowledgeable about how to succeed personally, academically, and professionally in life.
Programs included in schedule

• All Wayne-Westland students will grow up with their academic achievement in reading and writing as defined by the High School Content Expectations (HSCEs) by practicing them daily.
• They will also increase their academic achievement in the field of mathematics as defined by the High School Content Expectations.
• All students will go through an increase in their academic achievement in Science as defined by the High School Content Expectations (HSCEs).
• These students will increase their academic achievement in Social Studies also as defined by the High School Content Expectations

The W.M.H.S Athletic Program offers
Baseball and Basketball, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Football and Softball, Golf and Soccer, Swimming, Tennis, Tracking, Volleyball, Wrestling, Bowling and Competitive Cheer. All students who wish to participate in any sports team at Wayne Memorial must have a current sports physical on file with the Athletic Director of the school.
